Hi Svein

The 8 types of overwhelms are basically two actions, in two situations and
with two directions:

All of them are fully of charges, even when we do cause the overwhelm to
others.

1. Actions: To Know something i.e., to know something
(good or bad) about somebody ou something.
ex. to know who is the
boss
To be knowed by someone i.e., to show something (good
or bad) about you to somebody
                                                ex. to show your weakness
to your mate

2. Situations: Being Forced to i.e., to do something against
your will
                                                ex. to go to prison
Being Prevented from i.e., when somebody (or
something) do no allow you (against your will) to do or show something.
                                                ex. the judge decided not
hear you, against your will

3. Directions Causing overwhelm i.e., you are the "bad" one.
forcing or preventing somebody
                                                ex. you decided to not
hear your mate, against his will
Suffering the overwhelm i.e., somebody (or
someting) is being "bad" with you, forcing or preventing you.
                                                ex. the judge decided stop
you.

Combining all of them we have the 8 ovewhelms:
1. Causing overwhelm: Forcing somebody to To
Know something
ex. you decided to show a bad picture to a little boy, scaring him.

2. Suffering the overwhelm: Being Forced (by somebody) to To Know
something
ex. you were the little boy on the example above.

3. Causing overwhelm: Preventing (somebody) from To
Know something
ex. you hided the correct answer from the student.

4. Suffering the overwhelm: Being Prevented from To
Know something
ex. You were the student on the example above.

5. Causing overwhelm: Forcing somebody to To
be knowed
ex. You denounce you neighbor.

6. Suffering the overwhelm: Being Forced to To
be knowed
ex. You were the denounced one.

7. Causing overwhelm: Preventing (somebody) from To
be knowed
ex. Your sister wanted to sing in the party and you stopped the music

8. Suffering the overwhelm: Being Prevented from To
be knowed
ex. you were the frustated singer in the example above.

Keep doing level 2 and do not be worried with the overwhelms. They need to
be (fully) understood on the level 4 exercises only.
